SIGNATURE DISHES
Our menu’s authenticity is our value and as such our dishes are focused on quality and seasonal products. You may taste our Vinegar Octopus salad with smoked eggplant salad and seasonal greens, the Santorini Bradada with traditional red sauce from local cherry tomatoes, cod fritters and chloro (local cheese) cream, the Gnocchi with Octopus, buffalo sausage with summer truffle.
A special choice from our “Oma” is the Sfyrida carpaccio with extra virgin olive oil, musk lemon, chives, coarse salt and sevruga caviar.
OUR CELLAR
Our Cellar consists of wines from local, Greek and well-known international vineyards.
All our labels have been selected to pair harmoniously with all the dishes on our menu so as to elevate your dining experience.
Our list includes selected labels of White, Rosé and Red wines.
It is worth trying well-known varieties that come from the Greek Vineyards, but also the famous local varieties of the island such as Nychteri, Assyrtiko, Aidani, from the wineries of Santorini.
In our cellar you will also find famous international labels of Champagnes and sparkling wines.
